This is our 3rd time using Steve and Guy on a home reno project. Every time they provide excellent service. This job involved finding the source/reason why water was leaking into our basement. Steve and Guy are very experienced, professional, great problem solvers and great communicators. Thanks for fixing our leaky wall. It turned out to be subpar flashing from the origin builder. This is our second time using Steve and his company. We have nothing but praise for the work Steve and Guy did on our egress window and basement window replacement. They take great pride in their meticulous craftsmanship. They take the time to address any concerns and walk you through the process step by step. We love the modern egress window well and we will enjoy the extra light now coming through. We couldn't be happier with the work Steve and Samantha did. They replaced our basement windows and fixed the faulty concrete around our basement windows. To complicate matters, they had to remove and save existing bricks, because they are not in the market. They were able to complete this job and make the new window and bricks around them look like they were always there. They were professional, knowledgeable, excellent problem solvers, polite and punctual. We highly recommend this company and we hope to hire them again very soon. Thanks again!
