Excellent work! No compromise with the quality throughout. Pricing went a little more than quoted but the end product exceeded our expectations and his price was considerably lower than others in the market. Normal expected delays, but the contractor was more than accommodating once he knew of the urgency and finished the job right on time. His pricing is genuine and he delivers much more than expected. Our basement is legal and he did everything Inspectors asked him to do and the permit was signed off without any citations and without any delays. Jim was very professional and curteous and he always provided his honest opinion and provided all the alternatives to stay within budget. He provided mirrored laundry closet and shelving in storage space for free. JII guarantees their work for five years and they are coming true to their promise. He still attends to our calls and texts immediately and goes out of his way to fix any issues that arise after finishing, however small they may be. Overall very satisfied and happy with the end product.
