Eldar and his crew did an amazing job installing a new fence in our backyard in North York. They were punctual, addressed all our concerns, and completed all the work in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and positive to deal with. All the material was of great quality, and I am very satisfied with the job. They clearly broke down all the costs, and there were no hidden fees. I will use Eldar's services again in the future. I recommend Proper Construction for anyone looking for a new fence.
