When my wife and I finally decided to renovate our washroom we felt a little overwhelmed by the scope of the project and were looking for a company that can offer us a turn-key solution with minimal oversight. After meeting with a few different contractors, we chose Myron Tile and Stone because we felt they understood our vision and gave us the right amount of guidance during the initial estimation process. Overall my experience has been fantastic with them and I want to point out a few points of exceptional service: 1. Their selection of products was impressive and made me realize how 'boring' of a washroom I had gotten used to in all the places I've rented before. It doesn't have to be this way! 2. Their workmanship was fantastic, fast and clean. I believe you can tell a lot about a contractor based on how organized they keep their job site. In my experience, an organized job site is an efficient job site and these contractors were exactly that. I appreciate that they were conscientious about leaving the work environment clean on a daily basis because we were still living in the house. 3. The service and communication was great throughout the project. I was never guessing as to what stage they were at and they routinely kept me up to date on next steps. 4. They remained on schedule throughout the project and they finished on time! To be honest, I'll admit that I had low expectations here so it was really a pleasant surprise when everything was completed on time! (As a project manager, I know that finishing a job on time requires a concerted effort by the entire project team to stay on schedule). I would definitely hire them again for my next renovation project!
