I contacted Macelli at Class A Cleaning after losing my latest cleaning person who had to return to her home country for an extended period. The fantastic person that he sent is OUTSTANDING. I have had "ok" before; maybe even borderline good-to-great cleaning. But these people? Absolutely PERFECT! They miss nothing-- NOTHING (and believe, me, the wife checks!!), and that includes underneath things like couches and in nooks and crannies that no one before even bothered to look. That's maybe the best way to define Class A Cleaning: they LOOK for dirt and then eradicate it! And? I love that sensibility. I have spent more and certainly gotten wayyyy less. Brent Regnier, owner and master roof craftsman at The Upper Canada Roofing Company, simply cuts no corner, nor has it his 3rd-Generation-cedar-roofing DNA NOT to do a PERFECT cedar roofing job (I hear that he works in slate as well!) His attention to every detail is awe-inspiring and the most-appreciated of traits. A day does not go by where I simply stand out in front (...and behind...and at the the sides!) of my nearly-80-year old home on the Kingsway with my new custom and very unique new cedar roof, and admire the subtlety of execution and attention to the centuries-old craft. While he can sometimes be a bit "cantankerous" (smile!), Brent only--and always!-- has the best interests of the customer foremost in his mind. He will never leave a customer hanging, nor will he ever give one of his prized commissions anything but 110% of his full-time attention.
