Before renovating our basement, kitchen and bathroom, we called Janice for a one-time consultation to help us decide on finishes. She went way beyond that and in four hours actually designed our kitchen layout to include the peninsula I wanted (that the millworker said would not fit) as well as making recommendations for the whole house. Our house is now 3/4 finished and we are so happy with all the advice Janice gave, from painting the vestibule in the front door area, to changing our accent wall, to moving furniture, to ideas for wall art, etc. She has been the best part of the renovation as the contractor has been a nightmare, but that's another review for another day...

- If you think you can't afford a designer, reconsider. It was around 1% of the total cost of the renovation, and likely saved us a lot of time and money in buying things we didn't need or weren't right for us, and helped us get the look we wanted but could never have achieved on our own or just by watching hgtv. Well worth it!
