the water heater was not providing hot water, only warm. Rental unit, but turns out the heater was fine, it was the mixer. The Aviv team was called, arrived on date and time as promised. Back in business straight away, even changed the solder to a threaded connection, for next time.

refrigerator died Sunday, I phoned Elite at 9 Derek came at 2 pm. Diagnosed quickly, ordered the part. Eta was for Friday, arrived Thursday and Derek phoned to advise he could stop by ASAP to get us up and running.

Quick service, friendly plumber, arrived on time, sent a prealert text when on route. Very happy with the quick service, especially during the Christmas holidays. Easy to arrange a visit with a text or phone call.

Move went perfectly, office determined the number of guys I required, and came spot on within 20 minutes of the estimates. The gang worked non-stop all day completing the total house move with 2 stops delivers. Furniture was dis-manteled professionally. I would highly reccommend Rent-a-Son to family and friends.
