We normally don't go to London so it does help being related to the office administrator to make arrangements especially easy for you. As soon as I saw the make and model of the gas fireplace, I knew exactly what was required to get the unit working again. As the mercury flame switch failed, you needed to upgrade the unit with a new gas valve and a new pilot assembly. We had both parts on the service vehicle.
