We recently had Leland paint, cut and install baseboards in two rooms in our home. Not only was he pleasant to work with, but his work was very well done. We had our baseboards started by another contractor and were so unhappy with the quality of work, we had them stop midway through the job. Leland was able to finish the job quickly and without any headaches. Leland communicated with us regularly through all stages of the project. He executed everything as promised and on schedule. We would absolutely use him in future and reccommend him to others.
