Francois, Oliver, & Kino were a pleasure to deal with. Kino responded quickly within a few days to access my shop attic ventilation. He was professional and after thoroughly investigating clearly outlined the required improvements. We added two roof vents and improved the soffit intake ventilation. The project was completed within our agreed schedule and invoiced as quoted. All the WQC staff answered all my questions well and I felt they cared and wanted to perform the job right. When I phoned Western for a quote to install and replace installation plus minor mold remediation they responded the same day. They were very approachable and adjusted the scope to meet my budget. Details surrounding each project phase was presented and discussed in a very cordial manner. Jason, Colyn, & August worked in a professional manner. They asked if I wished to view their work at various phase completions and also answered my questions clearly. Recommendations were presented often. I was engaged and communicated often.
