Valor Gas Fireplace would not start
Classic Fireplace was not the company who installed the Fireplace originally but have been very helpful troubleshooting with me over the phone over the years with any issues or concerns. Because of Covid we could not get anyone out in March/April so we had to wait until now to book a technician for service. Service was on time, quick, efficient, clean and thorough. Zack (Service Tech) was helpful, knowlegeable and friendly.
