My place sparkles when Shpresa leaves! Shpresa is a wonderful cleaner. She is reliable, honest and has a great sense of humour. She can reschedule if needed and shows up with equipment when she says she will. Nooks and crannies? No problem. She has even mopped my balcony and washed my windows. I feel lucky to have her.
