He explained everything to me and was honest about what I needed and what I could go without. He didn't try and up sell me. His price was fair and the job was very well done from beginning to end. Ray came in for an inspection and a quote to get our air ducts cleaned. He was very thorough, explained the whole process, provided us with all our options and made a recommendation for us. The following week Ray and his colleague Yousuf came in, they explained the process again to me, they were very quick but thorough all the way through. They showed me before and after videos and pictures and the whole process took about 2 hours to complete. I would highly recommend Ray and his team for anyone looking to clean their air ducts. After getting a few quotes we decided on going with Gavin to complete our popcorn ceilings removal, with his experience being the main deciding factor. We had a large job to complete, having to do the whole house. Gavin was able to remove the popcorn ceiling, patch electrical holes, prime and paint - all for a reasonable price.
