My central a/c unit suddenly stopped working on Friday. The following day, I left a request for service on the Infiniti Newmarket office's website. An hour later, I received a call back and arranged an appointment for that same afternoon. Sam, the technician, arrived on time and within minutes had located the problem with the a/c unit. The capacitor needed replacement, and Sam was able to replace it immediately. The a/c was running again, on a hot and humid day! I am pleased with the prompt, courteous and efficient service provided by Sam at Infiniti Newmarket and will call again for future a/c and heating servicing.

I’m very pleased with the Stannah stairlift that was recently installed in my parent’s house to assist my Mom with safely accessing their second storey.
