Fireplace Needed Repairing - Saeid and Samuel did the work. They did the full cleaning of the PILOT light encasement and also cleaned the glass. We would recommend them in the future.

Prompt - replied to job request within 1 hour via phone call to set up appointment the next day. Solved the leak issue and suggested an enhancement to allow snake insert for future. Went to Pick up parts for job as needed and finished job within a couple of hours.
