Custom closet left with issues
I liked our closet design and install and working with Timur until he refused to return to fix deficiencies due to install damage and closet drawers colliding with each other. Multiple phone calls and messages were left with no response so he did not honor the warranty he promised.
Did not keep commitments or fix deficiencies
Most of the experience was good and so was communication but in the end George walked off the job, refused to fix some deficiencies and didn’t seal the grout in our bathroom properly which was a huge issue to deal with. He didn’t stand by his work or some of the trades he brought in and didn’t take care of damage his crew did to our new fixtures. I have had to spend a lot of extra money to fix the issues that were left behind. I really felt comfortable working with George at first but in the end he just let me down. I tried to remedy the situation and he wouldn’t respond to any communication. We held back $600 of the $70K+ job until deficiencies were handled. Have had to pay over $2000 to fix issues, so far.
Matt, you are the MOST Disrespectful client I have ever worked with and the ONLY client who has never paid me in full for the work I did. I've asked you numerous times to stop contacting me, Everyone of my trades felt disrespected by you. If posting a negative review makes you feel better after 8 months since we have stopped working - that's fine. For future clients who read this review. If you think that paying me, gives you the right to disrespect me and talk down to me - or my trades, like this client here, you are 100% mistaken. Once again please stop contacting us: you did not pay for the work we completed.
Greg and Len did a great job meeting with us and handling our project and took extra time to make sure everything was right. We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended as they are professional, provided service quickly and it was well done.

The team that moved us were great to work with and generally to be around. They were very organized from the get go and took great care in moving our items and wrapping the fragile stuff. They were also very accommodating to our asks through the process. What a great group of people working there. Very highly recommended. They were COVID-safe wearing masks and being professional the whole time but also had some fun doing the work, which was nice to see. We would definitely use them again for our next move.
