A very pleasant lady from Armstrong & Nelson, whose name unfortunately I didn't not note down, responded enthusiastically and courteously. Within the same day, Kerry turned up. He carried out a careful and thorough inspection. Later, Kerry advised me the works required to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote. In the following week, Kerry came and finished the job in a highly professional and meticulous manner. Kerry is an experienced and very friendly person. I definitely feel I've made the right choice of finding Armstrong & Nelson and, in particular, having Kerry doing the job for me.
