I was constantly dropping video calls before Crib Connect came and found a solution to my wifi woes. Matt came in and immediately identified what needed to be done. He provided solutions I didn't even know existed. Matt's work was clean, organized and non-invasive - no holes in the walls! Since Crib Connect fixed my home internet, I haven't dropped one video call. I would highly recommend Crib Connect for anyone struggling with slow/laggy home internet, especially those working from home.

Renato's service is excellent. Every step of the way we felt like he truly cared about our satisfaction with his work. His open and transparent communication style made sure we were always on the same page. Whenever I called him, he would be at my door within an hour. I didn't think this type of Customer Service still existed. We now have a fully functioning AC, bbq gas line and gas fireplace, which are all great. I would highly recommend Renato for any of these services.

Service was excellent. P-trap was faulty but they quickly came back and installed a new one, free of charge. I would use them again. Friendly dispatch service as well. Overall a good experience.
