We have a solid wood front door that needed refinishing. We hoped that with stripping it could be restained. The wood was in too poor a shape to take the stain well, so plan B was to paint which is what happened. Jia was patient with us and made multiple trips back to the house, making sure that we were happy with the finished result. He was always cheerful, and the quote remained the same.
