Eavestroughs clearing in multiple spots and window cleaning (outer)

Fix the pully on the garage door
Trustworthy, did the job quickly. Luckily the fix was simple, however, there was a minimum charge for coming. It works perfectly now after 10 days and with the additional lubrication it works smoother. Paid extra for the lubrication.

I recently had my eves trough cleaned using Home Pro. Along with this service I was asked to repair some shingles that needed to be replaced on the roof. I went up there today and did not notice any new shingles. Basically, they misrepresented the work required and took an extra $60 for this service. Recently, had a rain fall, Aug 28th, it seems the Eves Trough was not cleaned properly either. I do not trust this place at all... don't say you were not warned.
In response if you phone our office we would be happy to let you know where the couple shingles have been replaced as well as provide you with pictures of them along with your cleaned eavestroughs. It definitely will be hard for you to detect considering we used the same colour shingles as you already had existing (this foresure would not be possible to know which ones considering they are all exact same) This may be a more effective route for you to ensure the work was done instead of creating stories.
