Their designer Jenn was excellent, creative and patient. Installers were on time and used lasers to install cabinets with precision. Cabinets, hinges , etc all excellent quality. After some frustration searching for engineered hardwood for our reno at stores that had little selection or the product would take months, I went to Expert Flooring in Richmond Hill. I brought a sample of what I liked and Ali quickly found several floor samples that were similar and less expensive than the competitors. Kathy provided excellent customer service also. My flooring was delivered quickly and installation was seamless. My contractor liked the hardwood enough to use in his own project.
