New Build and Flat roof. Dave found issues that the builder's contractor did not adequately complete. We turned the report which included pictures over to the builder. Due to Covid-19 and our senior status Dave had to come in to the house get onto balconies not accessible by ladder to inspect the scuppers and the floors. He came up in a Hazmat suit as not to possibly infect anyone (he was not sick). We appreciated his diligence and thoughtful approach. He also had to come a second time to complete the inspection and did not charge for it. This Man and his helper are Pros. I would definitely call him again. I probably will sometime down the road.
