Overall, we had a very good experience with AGM. Things started out a bit rough with our designer Alexandra, but she redeemed herself when it mattered. We then started dealing with Mike from the sales department. He was very good to start off with, but then when we had questions about the contract, he yawned his way through most of our conversation about it and acted very rudely. Once the contract was signed, he completely ignored us. We were then handed over to our project manager Thanu, who was very attentive to our needs. He showed up at least once a week to check things out, and was on top of the scheduling and the tradespeople. The timing of the project exceeded our expectations, and the workmanship is exceptional. At the end of the project there were 2 outstanding items, one which should be handled soon (chip on the vanity), and the other which I'm not sure will be handled because we signed off on the project. The handrail didn't really match the stairs and flooring, and they insisted that there was nothing they could do about it. I should've insisted that they take care of it before signing off. Lesson learned.
