Bad advice, issue not even attempted to be fixed
Leaking behind shower head on wall. Was told by technician to seal the base of the shower better and that it was a drain/seal problem. If it was behind the wall he said it would require ripping out the wall… Didn’t even troubleshoot anything. After I TROUBLESHOT the issue and had another plumber come out he pulled out the pipe from the wall and found no tape or dope on the end. Easy quick fix no thanks to this company which offered bad advice and low customer service.
