My husband and I had never gone through a home renovation before, so we were intimidated by the process, and nervous after hearing about all the stress and horror stories from other people's experiences. We also had a unique situation as my husband is quite handy and wanted to do part of the renovation himself. The renovation wasn't small as it included our whole main floor: new floors, ceiling, plumbing, electric, brand new kitchen, new stairs. Bevan was friendly and welcoming from the get-go. He was supportive of our desire to do part of the reno and was also very helpful with finding ways we could save on costs, since our budget was tight. Throughout the process he was in touch on a regular basis and constantly in communication, giving us updates and taking time to explain things to us and talk through big decisions together. I always felt like he was available and there to work through any challenges that came our way. We are so happy with how our main floor turned out - it's a completely different space from what we started with! We'd recommend working with Bevan and his team!
