In the past, Air Heating Plus kept my original air con. and furnace running way beyond their reasonable life-span, then replaced both when time finally caught up with them. Air Heating Plus have also install a new water heater for us. So when I needed a replacement furnace and brand new air con. install for our rental home it was a no-brainer. Renato talked through the options, steadfastly refused to let me make bad decisions, turned up with a skilled crew who carried out a flawless install in a single day. I was present throughout and as happy as ever with the team's diligence, not to mention their patience in explaining the few queries I had. Twelve years ago Renato advised me to repair rather than replace my AC unit. I think that says a lot about the integrity of his advice, he could easily have sold me a new unit back then. This week the compressor finally died. Renato gave the repair an honest shot but this time it was beyond salvage. He came with a replacement on a Saturday, just 3 days after the original call-out. He took care of the warranty paperwork, installed a new cut-off switch next to the unit outside, replaced the evaporator coil to bring it up to code. I just don't bother shopping around for HVAC service any more, it's not worth looking elsewhere.

The entire transaction was exactly what you would hope for: prompt, knowledgeable, clear communication, fair price. We have a birch that had a couple of large dead branches, including the top of the main trunk. We discussed some rot where another branch had been cut off a few years ago and its affect on the health of the tree. Natasha compare it to a similar tree on her own property, suggesting that by taking some additional weight off of it we would probably increase its lifespan. The crew turned up when they said they would, removed the dead limbs, cleaned up some other growth, even trimmed two or three lower branches on an adjacent maple as a little extra customer service.
