Master bedroom window installed And they just put a caulking in between the frame and the wood Now that we wanted to replace the vinyl we discover that there’s a huge gap between the frame and the existing panel I called them to take a look and re caulk and finished it off they were charging me extra money for it. So sad to deal with company like this that wouldn’t even care to do anything For your concern. Al Christie did the initial measurements I told him that the vinyl might be on the way he said no not a problem because it’s so easy for them just put a caulking they don’t have to put caps on the window

This installation was completed as per the A 440 window installation standard setout by CSA. All caulking was installed at that time.
Unfortunately this window was altered after our installation as the customer removed the caulking that we installed. We are happy to go back and fix it and there is a small charge which the customer refused to pay.
