This company is completely disorganized from the manager down. They were unable to provide dates for installs until less than 3 days notice prior. They quoted me 8 weeks for the window and door but would not commit to a date until 3 days prior the end of 8 weeks. They missed several appointments and showed up with no notice for measurements. After I spoke with the manager on this and they issued a credit of $200, but the next 2 appointments were missed. When I sent an email about all this problems with this projects and the complete lack of ability to organize a simple time or date for install the response from the manager was Congrats the door is finally done. The door was initially measured wrong and did not line up with the deadbolt and could not be properly locked which took them almost 3 weeks to fix after multiple calls from myself. The door is ok now. The window is definitely lower quality than other companies I have used. There is no advantage to using this company at all. Even if they quote cheaper it is not worth dealing with the problems that arise with their ineptitude.
