Clarks basements team is amazing. Very thorough and professional. Starting from the inspection and initial quote, everything was explained clearly. Price was good for the quality of work and materials used. My crawlspace needed to be encapsulated, with vapour sheets on the floor and insulation on the side walls. The team did a really good job. They left the place very clean and were very polite and considerate throughout the process. Will definitely recommend them.

We moved into this old house, where the attic was in immediate need of insulation. I am glad that we hired Brooklin insulation, as they did a really good proffessional job of it. Ryan did a inspection and gave a very reasonable quote. His crew came in right on time and explained everything in detail. They set up drop sheets and vaccums to suck the old insulation (decades old). They thoroughly cleaned the attic and removed ages old debris. It was not an easy task, but Andrew(kudos to him) put his back into it and helped clean the attic and do the mold treatment as well. After that they put in a new insulation. Ryan and his crew members, Andrew and Josh are a great team. They’re polite and hard working. They even properly cleaned up after the work was done. Happy with the job and would definitely recommend them.

Good service by The Cleaning Ladies team. The crew of two arrived on time and cleaned everything meticulously without any supervision. Few minor things had to pointed out, but that's okay. Do move the stove if possible and allow the team to clean behind that, as this was something we missed. Overall, satisfied with the service and definitely recommend them.

Brian, from JLMO painting was a pleasure to deal with since beginning. He gave a reasonable quote and explained everything in details. I needed few rooms to be painted in short time wherein the walls needed some TLC. Brian did a thorough professional job, and pointed out things which we would not have thought otherwise. He is very prompt and efficient at communication and the job was completed right on time. In addition to being a great professional, he is a great guy! Turns out, he is almost my neighbour and went out of his way to help. Will definitely recommend him and use his services again.
