YCL took measurements, prepared my drawings, & submitted them to th City for permit approval for underpinning my basement. Yu Ching & his staff completed their work in a very timely, courteous manner. Communication was excellent. I had many questions along the way, but they always returned my calls, texts, or emails promptly. Permit approval can be a frustrating process, but Yu Ching’s staff did their utmost to expedite this process to achieve the desired outcome. Igor and his team did a fantastic job underpinning my basement. They were all very professional, courteous, organized, and the work was completed on time & on budget. Communication was excellent. I knew what to expect every step of the way. The crew cleaned up the worksite every day.....even my neighbours were impressed I got estimates from 5 contractors, but felt confident from the beginning that Igor really knows what he is doing, and I can’t be more pleased with the end result.
