We had a sliding patio door installed 25 years ago that was not rolling properly. Rita at Clera Windows and Doors went out of her way to help us resolve the problem. She exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with us that included a link to an online video on cleaning the track and a link to a lubricant that they use, all while saving us from a service charge that many companies would have been eager to collect.
