Weve used DM Foundations for both waterproofing and foundation repair on our mid-century bungalow in McKellar Park. They dug out my attached garage and the old floor, repaired the damaged blocks, waterproofed and insulated, and had a new concrete floor poured. Theyre everything you would want a contractor to be-friendly, forthright, prompt, communicative and experts at what they do. I could go on. Jesse and the crew were amazing, and all the subcontractors used equally as professional. Thanks again guys!!!

Had a weeping tile replacement, foundation waterproofing and sump pit installed. Not the cheapest quote, but not the most expensive, and by far the most thorough. Professional, knowledgeable, organized, friendly, great crew, great communication. Would give them 10 stars out of 5. Will hire them to do the rest of the house!!
