we had new windows put in in 2008, that would be 4 years ago. already the film in between the double sided windows is cracking and the windows have huge gashes that look like scratches on the interior of the windows. Cannot get a hold of TH the nubmer posted is not theirs. or the lady answering is playing like she doesnt know what is going on. Terrible, stay away! Quality is terrible and not worth it, you are better off paying double for decent windows! They may have already disappeared.
