We engaged this company to complete excavation and shoring. Our experience is that they completed only about half of the work they had been contracted to do, and became unresponsive after despite repeated attempts for them to complete the job we paid for. They initially commenced work as per specifications with the first two payments. When the work was at the halfway mark, they requested an additional payment for the rest of the work which we paid. After that, little progress was made; repeated calls and emails went unanswered. Some weeks later they removed excavators from the property, and became very hostile when we tried to engage through email and phone. In the last phone call, where we told them we just wanted them to complete the work they had been paid to do, we were informed that if we wanted to complain to go to court and get a lawyer.

We do not know you as you hide your name So when you don't pay as per the contract we leave as money does not balance the workmanship contract be aware for other contractors NOT TO FALL IN THESE SHOES for they will NOT PAY YOU BACK SO STOP these bad people. You will not get PAID later.
