I can't say enough about these guys. And when I say that, I mean proprietor brothers Chris & Martin, with crew leader Russ and the boys. They are a family business with a solid crew. I was amazed when they showed up and built a stage and tent for their mobile shop. They are prepared for any weather or any situation. They work extremely efficiently, and Chris or Martin always make sure every detail is met. They pointed out any deficiencies I should be aware of as they peeled back layers of old siding and would explain very carefully what that meant. I like the inclusiveness they provided me with along the way. As my title suggests, these guys are meticulous with details. I can see how other companies could take many shortcuts, whether to save you money or themselves, but that is not what Siding Vancouver is about. They do it right, and they do it well. I have already recommended Siding Vancouver to others. The photos I have provided, offer a before and after of the back of the house. We are now getting ready for new paint.

Having needed a home inspection for the purchase of our first fully detached house, we contacted Chris on the recommendation of a friend. Purchasing an older character home can be a bit nerve-racking given the possibilites of issues that could be hidden. Chris did an amazing job finding and presenting every detail that we needed to know, first together at the house, then again when we were given the complete written report. This allowed us to make educated decisions and ultimately a confident purchase. Chris followed back up with us three months later to see how everything was going. I would highly recommend Chris for any home inspection.
