Used them a few times and overall satisfied though sometimes it takes them a little while to get back to you. But they are very good at what they do and do a very professional job, we will keep using them again and again and would recommend them to anyone around town.

Had to get a brand new roof after another company completely messed it up. Had a great experience with them, they were completely empathetic and very helpful with my predicament. Very professional, got the job done on time and showed me a complete DVD of the work they did, also gave me a warranty, would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used them several times (based on good yelp reviews) and have never been disappointed with them. I have met several of their staff and they are all friendly and competent. They get the job done, are efficient and friendly. I will keep using them again and again for years to come.

We had a huge leak from an old toilet that leaked into our lower bathroom ceiling. this company was very professional with fixing it - excellent customer service, I never had to chase them down in fact they kept me on schedule! Good detail in their work, everything looked great when they were done, would definitely recommend them to others in the Vancouver area.

Got a new roof from them 5 years ago, 1-2 years ago it started leaking and they "repaired" it, only for us to find that another 1-2 years later it started leaking yet again. Contacted them, they did not phone back, just sent someone there unannounced - roof is covered under a 10 year warranty however the guy who came said the warranty was void because a pipe was sticking out of the roof which is where the leak originated (they never pointed this out to us when they first did our roof). I am now taking my complaint to the better business bureau, this should be covered under the warranty but they refuse to fix it. Very rude people on staff as well who will not return our calls. Apparently this company passed from father to sons, used to be good but has really gone down the tubes according to colleagues.
