Raouf takes the lead on all aspects of the construction projects that his company Dynamic Design & Construction takes on. We have worked very well together -- as the architect on residential renovation projects that he was awarded in competition with other contractors, and as a client when he renovated our offices. He treats the client, their neighbours and his crew with respect, and maintains an organized job site. Raouf is involved on site, and accountable. On the simpler jobs he is committed to maintaining a tight budget, and on complex assignments he is resourceful and determined to achieve the excellence demanded by the design. Whenever there has been any question about refining the work, or following up, my experience with Raouf is that he is committed fully to completing the contact and supporting the warranties.
