I would seriously caution anyone looking at using Precision Gutters. My Strata was provided a quote from their company and 2 months after it was accepted the work was still not completed. Then they came back requesting 50% more to do the job. Precision provided the quote without conducting a site visit and still acknowledged our acceptance of their quote by saying the work would be scheduled ASAP. When they arrived on site to conduct the work it was determined that they had undervalued the cost of the job and instead of honoring their price they chose to come back to us with a new price inflated by 50%. When we refused to pay the additional premium they responded that we could wait 5 months, until their slow season, and they would be happy to do it for cheaper. In looking at the reviews online it seems Precision provides good quality work - when they do it. As with many things in life buyer beware. If you choose to do business with Precision know that you will likely wait far longer that promised and your price might go up when they show up. We eventually had to go elsewhere and found someone who is doing the work at the price originally quoted by Precision. This company completely lacks integrity and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Not to make any excuses but this past year was quite a strain on all businesses. We had our sales team working from home for the first time. We had a junior estimator give you an estimate without going to the site and without a senior estimator checking his estimate. Between covid and the New Westminster fire, we had to postpone our work on your strata. When the crew got to the site, there were numerous safety concerns, it was a much larger job than the estimator had realized. (a man lift was required, awnings and BBQ's etc. encumbered our reaching the eavestroughs). We have reached out to the company that works for your strata and they were very understanding of the situation. On numerous occasions, the CEO has tried to reach you by phone with no answer. We take pride in our companies customer service, but we definitely had a year of relearning how to conduct business within this covid bubble. As we had said in your first google review, we acknowledge that things were not handled correctly and that we have implemented changes in our workflow so that this will not happen again.
