These people are completely unhelpful. I had purchased a product of theirs and it did not work to the standards that had been advertised. I called in to ask about their return policy, which they then told me I could not return the product even though it was purchased the previous week. Had I been made aware of their lack of return policy during the purchase, I would have not wasted the $300 on it in the first place. They did not try to find a satisfactory solution to the situation. I was told I could try to re-sell it because people were "always looking to buy it cheap". I would never recommend this place to anyone.
