On February 15th our furnace started making a very loud screeching noise . I immediately called Abbey Air who we have had a service contracts for our furnace and air conditioner with for over 30 years in Oakville and Milton. I was advised that a service tech would be arriving in about 3 hours. I received a call advising the Tech was on his way about 2 1/2 hours later. Helge arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective inducer motor. ( No Charge due to Annual Contracts) Fortunately there was a replacement in his truck and the furnace was quiet again. While here Helge ran some other tests and repairs/adjustments to make sure the furnace was running in tip top condition. Over the years I have found Abbey Air to provide excellent service and this repair continued their high standards.

The driveway work was exceptional . The driveway was excavated in August and the paving was completed in early September. The excavating was done quickly and everything was cleaned up perfectly. I have dealt with Abbey Air for 26 years. I have a service contract for the furnace and air conditioner. They schedule their appointments and arrive on time.The work is always to my satisfaction. Their Service Advisor Murray always explains the work and does a great job.

I have used Abbey Air for over 30 years. They have installed a furnace an 2 Air Conditioners over that period, all work was without any issues. They do my regular spring and summer maintenance without problems. Appointments are kept on time. Service when required is on time. I recommend them highly. Murray does my servicing most of the time and does an excellent job.

The service was great. They scheduled me in the same week as I called.I wanted to get the work done before going on holidays. On the day before they phoned and reminded me of the appointment. They phoned on the day of the appointment to see if they could come a couple of hours early, which suited us. They went right to work upon arrival , did all the work and cleaned everything up after them. They sure got a lot of junk/debris out of the ducts,which the builder was supposed to have done and obviously did not. Great job , will use these folks again.
