All the cabainets was mostly chipped (yes, on the outside face)...I don't understand why they could deliver it to me in that condition. One side of the centre island is even showing a elevated area from a screw that went too far and create too much pressure, which also lead to a tiny crack. When they were asked to review it, they brought in only a touch up pen , not to mention, they put touch up on the elevated area (which doesn't help at all and even left runny marks.) By the way, the cabinets top (can see it when open) are all chipped heavily! When we ask them what we should do, they asked us to by the retouch kit from them! that's it. I would never recommend Frendel kitchen to anyone.
