We have had 2 central vac systems installed at 2 different houses. The vacuum systems have both worked well. The service is always prompt and professional, although the second system we had installed was installed by someone who was new to the business; self admitted. This second system has some outlets that are difficult to get the vacuum to run; you have to ram the hose as hard as you can into the outlet for it to work. The vacuum brand is great.

We had gotten estimates from a number of larger heating and air conditioning companies, but the salesperson, and I believe owner of this company came to our house, and he was the only one who knowledgeable about the different options available and which one was the most appropriate for our house. The system was installed promptly, and professionally, and has kept us cool ever since. Our previous home had central air conditioning, but the system we had there could not keep up to the requirements of the home. The big thing that impressed me was that at no point did it feel like he was trying to sell us something that we did not need, unlike the other estimates we had gotten. They also had a wide variety of financing options which made it more affordable.

This whole service seemed like it was rushed just to get the money. My backyard is very lumpy, it seems like they did not take the time to prep the yard properly before laying sod. The sod they placed in our yard is growing well,except along the side of my house where the sprinklers do not reach all of the grass. In this location the grass is brown and dry. Initially, one of the sprinklers was placed right under the downspout; isn't that obviously a bad spot??? The water was just hitting downspout and coming right back down, so the water was just running down the side of my house. The owner of the company is very nice, but it seems like they had taken on too much at the time of this project, and just rushed through doing it.

Called different company who would not give me an appointment for 5 days; I have 2 small kids and a husband,so there is a lot of laundry at my home, so 5 days was too long. Called Atlas Appliance and it was a Saturday, and they were there within 4 hours and then fixed the problem within 1.5 hours. Also, their base rate for just showing up to my house was $10.00 cheaper than the other company. Service technician was very nice and pinpointed problem right away.
