I had fallen in love with a rather large, red umbrella that was on display at the south location. The salesman was fun to deal with and I decided to splurge on this rather amazing umbrella that was perfect for setting up over my patio furniture (also bought at the south location) and it also swings around to cover over top the hot tub. It was ideal. A few days after it was delivered to my home I noticed it was getting harder and harder to unwind the reel and one day the mechanism broke. I called them to explain the situation and they were quick to come by, pick up the umbrella, fix the problem at their shop and return it to me with no extra cost or troubles. It was great service and I appreciated the efficiency and timeliness. I haven't had issues with the umbrella since. I recommend the south location for their fun and friendly sales staff as well as for the great service after the purchase.

I was in the market for a Softub. I had one in B.C. and truly missed this wonderful, portable tub. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. He was thorough in explaining set up, maintenance and care of the unit. He offered to deliver but I was anxious to get it set up immediately. We had a truck so we chose to take it with us. The Softub is THE best hot tub out there. Convenient and easy to move around if needed. I keep it outside in the spring/summer months and inside during the winter months. It's fantastic. The service at Sofspa has always been top-notch. I can always rely them for assistance.

I was looking for the perfect white leather sofa to complete the look I was going for in my newly reno'd home. I had searched everywhere. It wasn't until I walked into Revolve that the search ended! I entered Revolve and was pleasantly surprised with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The sofa that was recommended to me by the sales lady was absolutely perfect. It looked beautiful in my living room. She was knowledgeable with the type of leather used, the wear and concerns I had about having a cat on the leather, the care required and so much more. I appreciated all the advice that was given to me. Since then, I've returned multiple times and each time I've had an equally great experience.

On multiple occasions I used Jeff, owner of DRD plumbing, and he was quick, efficient, extremely helpful and reasonably priced. He installed all my plumbing, hot water tank, bathtubs, sinks, etc, in my previous house that I reno'd. He works to accommodate your schedule and is very flexible with his time. I highly recommend Jeff at DRD Plumbing.
