I was so excited to get my carpets clean- man did they ever need it. They were fast and efficient and completed the project in the morning. They also offered to clean my front and back door rugs which desperately needed cleaning also.
Twin mattresses for our daughters
What a wonderful company! The sales person was very knowledgeable of the products. We described to him what we were looking for and he provided us with a variety of options ranging in price. Not only that, but when they came to deliver the mattresses (in very good time, I might add) the delivery persons wore slippers over their shoes. Great customer service!
We went to Ikea for the material for our cushions. We like the variety of choices of material that they had to offer. However, it was very difficult to find a staff person to assist us. We had many questions about the material, how much it stretches, is it washable, etc. and there was noone to be found. We had to buy it and take our chances because the cost was affordable.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The girl that came to our door made sure that everyone in the household understood the produce and the services that were going to be provided. We were very impressed with the features of the alarm system.
