We are so pleased with the products and the service was first rate, from the salesperson Jimmy who came to our home to the installers who completed the job. We were very impressed by Jimmy professionalism. He was very pleasant and helpful. After the windows installed, we had an issue that the size of panel was too small to fit our pet door. I called and complained. Everyone from Welda was very patient and addressed this issue quickly, solved the problem smoothly to our complete satisfaction. We are glad to see how Welda treated their customer so well and responsible. I believe Welda Windows and Doors would have a great future. Overall we are happy with their work and would recommend Welda Windows and Doors to all my friends and neighbours. GOOD JOB! WELDA!
