We changed every window on two floors of our home. Unfortunately I managed to break the glass on my double hung window downstairs in the living room and right away I started trying to figure out what it’s going to cost me since it was my fault but Gold Star issued a service call for me and got it replaced within a week free of charge. Amazing customer service! So so happy with my decision to choose Gold Star windows I wish all companies took customer satisfaction as seriously. Without any doubt a perfect 10 for quality product and professional service!
