We contracted with owner Mark of Ont. Custom Glass to install a glass & metal railing in our home in Toronto. He was terrific the first time we met him. Once he had our $1200 deposit everything changed. On 7 occasions he made appointments to install the railing and didn't show up. He would phone & say he'll arrive in 30-45 minutes and never show. He never called afterwards and wouldn't answer phone calls. Then we started looking into Mark more carefully. It tuns out he has a BBB rating in Central Ontario of "F" based on 5 complaints,he has a court conviction and very large outstanding fine for illegal house building. He also owns Ontario Granite. Avoid this fellow at all costs. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

They did what they agreed to do in the time they agreed to do it. No complaints--but it wasn't a very complicated job. I'd use them again because getting anyone to show up on time is getting scarser.
