Niall installed an over the range microwave in a cavity left by the removal of a 30 year old microwave. Niall was creative and knowledgeable in his approach to a challenging installation. He made the required adjustments with ease and I could not have been happier. Several requests for quotes were sent to others but Niall was the only one to visit the premises. His communication was clear and he responded patiently to my questions. He provided me with a high level of confidence. Niall was punctual, a delight to work with and his prices competitive. I will certainly use Niall for future projects.

Estimate was competitive with competing companies. Ramiro's skillset seemed superior to the competition. It certainly appeared that the shower in question required some repair to the grouting as I was experiencing water leakage on the floor outside the shower stall area. The competition did not appear as equipped to rectify the problem and, in fact, one company suggested power washing and then replacing any defective grouting that appeared. Ramiro actually removed the grout in question, replaced it and then sealed all grouting-meticulously. Once the job was started it became evident the floor tiles required replacing. Ramiro was equipped to actually install the replacement tiles and in fact accompanied me to select appropriate replacement tiles. Most satisfied with all aspects of the job.
