We hired RAM to collect - clean -reinstall 16 blinds in our house. All of the blinds were Hunter-Douglas pleated blinds. The collection went well - the crew was very good. That is where the good part ends. Blinds were not as clean as I expected, and some blinds were damaged; one set of the blinds was ripped several times. RAM refused all responsibility - claimed (unwarranted) the blinds were sun damaged and that caused the problems. Holly in particular (office manager) was very difficult to deal with. Her objective seems to be to make sure all RAM customers are one-time only customers. Bottomline- do not use RAM services to clean your blinds. you will likely regret it! RB- Calgary.
