Memo and his team were absolutely fantastic, clean, punctual, and extremely hard working despite the heat wave. They finished the job sooner than expected too. It was a perfect experience. If I could give more than 10 stars I would. Thank you all so much!

I hired Brian a few weeks ago to paint my house. They did a quick job and the on site team was nice and professional. My issue was with how messy the job was and instructions we provided were not followed. There is paint all over my tiles and hardwood. It’s literally all from paining the trims and it’s as if they painted my hardwood too. Paint drip all over. Areas that could have been sanded to ensure a smooth finish were not done. Even worse, we have a large gap of an unfinished area they must of forgot about. I emailed Brian to discuss my concerns, he didn’t even have the decency to reply. I would not recommend anyone to use this service. Edit: Brian called me directly to resolve. He did reply to my email, and seems to be lost in cyberspace. He assured me he will correct my issues. He sent his team right away to make corrections. Thank you, Brian!

We have a small living room and our home theatre was very complex with wiring all over the place. We also had to get an additional system to run it. I'm very happy and they did a very good and professional job, given the situation and would tell my friends to check them out.

I had Frank come to my home a couple of months ago to do a Crime Deflection Inspection. He was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable in his area. He wasn't pushy trying to sell us things that we didn't need. We ended up making minor changes to our home that overall has proven to be quite effective. I think our home is sealed up tight now and we will be sleeping much easier. Thanks!!

Great friendly and prompt service. My mom was having issues at her home and we called Mr. Rooter over. Very fast response time, good pricing, and quick resolution. If we have an issue we will call back again. I would recommend Mr. Rooter

Well after coming on here and reading the reviews, I'm horrified. I haven't received my couches and won't be receiving my couches, as promised today. There is a "delay" from the manufacturer. I think this is extremely unprofessional. How can you sell furniture and not even know when it will be delivered to your customers? I had to call BAD BOY and ask where my furniture was and got the "oh, I was just going to call you line". What a waste of time, I will not purchase here again. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to deliver couches to a customer. We have no couches to sit on, and are not expected to do so for another week, which brings us to 3 weeks time. Wouldn't you think that when you sell couches, that as a BUSINESS you would ensure the PRODUCT is actually AVAILABLE to DELIVER. RIDICULOS. Don't waste your time buying here unless you are prepared to wait for weeks..months..who knows maybe YEARS. Who's better than Bad Boy? EVVVVVVVVVVERRRRRRRRRBODDDDDDDDDDDDDYY.
